Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.


Click & Collect

We offer a collection services on all items. Please select this option when checking out and we will notify you via email or phone when your items are ready to collect.


Gift voucher delivery (£1.50)

If you are only purchasing gift vouchers we offer a reduced postage rate of £1.50. Please select this option at the checkout


Local delivery - Farnsfield & Edingley (£1.50)

This option is available for postcodes within Farnsfield & Edingley. It is subject to a minimum spend and some bulky items are excluded.


Standard delivery (£4.50 or free for orders over £75)

We charge a flat fee of £4.00 per order. Standard Delivery to UK mainland addresses are sent by 2nd Class Signed for Royal Mail or with an overnight courier company. You will receive a notification of when your order will be despatched and how it will be delivered via email. Your item should arrive within 3-5 working days after it's despatched. Orders received over the weekend (after midday on Friday) will be dispatched the following Monday.

Our Standard Delivery requires a signature on delivery to ensure your parcel gets with you safe and sound.


Fragile items, bulky items & furniture

Our furniture and extra fragile items such as mirrors are only available via collection from our shop in Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire. This is indicated at the checkout.


Please note currently do not offer postage overseas.


Returns

We hope that you love your new purchases. However if you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you can return them to us for a refund or exchange, provided that you notify us and return them within 14 days.


To receive a refund or exchange, the returned products must be new, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that have been tampered with or used. Please keep your proof of postage as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items, which are lost in the post (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.


Damaged products

If you receive an item that is damaged you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item, we will require a photo of the damaged goods. Once the damage item is returned to us along with the posting receipt we will refund or replace the item/s at no extra cost.


Jewellery

Our normal returns policy is applicable for all jewellery with the exception of earrings. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer to refund or exchange any earrings.
